The Zoom Investment Portfolio Manager software sounds very helpful and I wanted to try running it on my Windows desktop. However, after clicking on Download I received a message from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen saying: "ZoomPortfolioInstall....exe was blocked because it could harm your device." Is there anything you can do to avoid it being blocked by Microsoft Defender?

I have just installed DocFetcher (1.1.22 win 32) on my Windows 10 computer (after installing Java RTE Version 8) . However when I tried to run the software it displayed the above InvocationTargetException error message. What can I do to fix this problem?
