libpng 1.6.40 rebase

Oh! I has just released version 1.6.40. Thank you!

I use Firefox 59.0.2 that build with "--with-system-png" option and libpng-1.6.35+apng patch, and it works well. I check the apng patch history, but just about codebase changes. Perhaps something wrong browser, libpng or what. Can you make online contact with the browser bugzilla or something?
