Add ability to submit rule updates or broken rules

As of version 1.4.0 (released yesterday for firefox and today for chrome) there is now the ability to re-define a rule when an existing rule doesn't work, without needing to first whitelist the site. I believe this addresses the described use case. If you find any bugs with this feature or feel that this solution is incomplete, please let me know. I will close this ticket next week if I have not heard anything more about it before then.

I agree this is useful. I will update future releases to make this UI flow better. Until this has been implemented, here is a workaround: * Disable cookie cutter for the site in question through the browser popup * Visit the site normally * Through the browser popup, configure this site manually * Re-Enable cookie cutter for the site * Your new rule should be saved and applied on subsequent loads of the site. Add Language support for German and French

Localization support is finished in the plugin and at this point we just need more translations (docs and locales strings). Right now we have support for english and french, just because those are the languages I have access to good translations for; I can't support anything else without help.
