I was wondering what the thought process was for removing this configuration setting. I see (and remember reading somewhere) that the use of "virtual threads" is now supported in Loom but I don't see any way to change the type of thread pool as was possible in 4.x. Is there some way to do this that I have missed? We are using the Amazon JDK (Corretto) which doesn't have any virtual thread development as far as I can see. At least they are not advertising that.

I see that JGroups 5.0.4 was released recently. What are the major changes between this release and the last 4.0.x release? Are there release notes I could read?
