    This is an ancient report, but I had the same issue on Fedora 26. The solution is to download the source package, change the "libudev" dependency to "systemd-devel" and rebuild the package.

    I'm having the same issue on Arch Linux. I just got the controller purely because this lovely software exists, so this would be very nice to have fixed.
