The adempiere team don't typically use these forums anymore - there is a discord link on the projects website adempiere.io where I think you can find more help. i already have entered the information about these constraints in the sql query itself It's been a while for me, from memory you would define the Table & Columns in the Application Dictionary then use the Sync button to have it create the Table & Columns.
