I'm trying to extract a rar file and during a test it is around 150-200 mb/s. When attempting to extract it, it'll drop down to 25-45 kb/s. I'm not sure why this is happening, it's never happened before, I check my CPU in Task Manager while the test going and it's using a good amount but during extraction it says it's using 0-0.1%. If anyone has anyone ideas or if there needs to be more details provided, I'm not super knowledgeable on the topic so I'm not really sure.
