    Yes, for clarity I certainly do NOT want KeePass to copy to clipboard from the link. I invisage this much more as a shortcut on the existing "find" function. I don't think this access would offer any more than malware could already achieve.     I want to be able to click a link (in another app than keepass) and have keepass open directly to a specific entry. Note: this feature does NOT relate to existing URL functionality in KeePass (AFAIK) This is a feature of many other apps. As an example: IBM notes (lets you reference any email or other document sing a URL starting notes://). So I can get a "document link" to an email.
