I am having some trouble getting grig on my Raspberry Pi talking to my Icom 7100. My command line and the resonse from grig follow. I have Direwolf and YAAC working, and I can run rigctl with these optons and control the radio sucessfully, so I think the physical connections and communiucations parameters are correct.
