my store takes in parcels for ups and I need to setup how I can open the ups portal through the till by using a product button on the till and if so how I can do this through the product button properties setting? thanks in advance

its happened ever since i switched the shop over to intergrated payments

i dont know if anyone else is having this problem with posapp/intergrated payments and unicenta. what is happening is you but a sale through unicenta and press card to activate card reader/posapp the transaction completes on terminal but does not complete in unicenta, so what you have to do is lay the sale away take unicenta out of intergated payments and put it into standalone and go back to the layaway sale and complete the trasaction.

I've paide for one year base subscription but all i've got access to is the forum and I want to get to the download section to download the latest version of unicenta. Ehwn I go to the download section it just says its for subscripers only which I have an account for as I have a few issues with verion 4.6.1 and I thought getting the most latest version might solve my issues like possapp not completing after...

I'm not sure how to do that i've been onto the router and found the ip address for the terminal but not sure what port tho as its asking for TCP/UDP port

ive had paymentsense to look at there side and they can send payments from there end to the terminals but in my unicenta sertings ive got Card Reader at EMV and Payment Gateway at PaymentSense but when you do a sale in unicenta and do card payment posapp comes up but it says it fails to connect

so do you mean as long as the computer that is running uniceta has internet then posapp will work as long as the information is correct in posapp

Im running version 4.6.1 and I've enabled total discount in the roles, but when I had this issue in chromis before I just run the repair program that comes with it and run it and it corrected the issue

the line in Ticket.Button is enabled its like if the roles need to be repaired like you can do in Chromis is there such program for Unicenta

we have a lot of customers and sometimes without receipts so we use this method which is faster

`the way I solved the problem was to copy the default rules back within the roles also I looked to check to see if I had any conflicting till names also if you have changed the skin that might be the cause why the button does not work

Can anyone help me, is there anyway that I could add how much discount has been given on the closed cash till receipt. Also running a closed cash report run from Sales and a category sale report from the same section the end totals do not match up. please see attached reports. Thanks, David Coleman.

no it doesnt appear like that it just once you applied the discount the description of the product goes and i get a load of the letter. do you think its the script that is wrong within unicenta

Im in the uk and all our products include 20% vat so for an example an can of COKE for £1.00 which includes 20% VAT and without VAT is 0.83

please can you tell me if there is general script or a script that I can put into the properties tab to display a message and then press OK to get rid of the message so for instance and I prut a message to a product like "DONT FORGET TO BUY YOUR STAMPS" then you press ok to continue

please can someone help me I'm trying to import a CSV file where the barcode has a 0 at the start of the barcode. I save the file using excel but when I try to upload the file the product import fime but when you go to scan the product it cant find it becauase the 0 has been dropped in front of the barcode and the product will not scan.
