Not your fault, its inkscape 1.0. The file organization has been reconfigured. The scripts aren't compatible.

So, inkscape 1.0 basically represents a lot of revisions to the extension system, and a tweaked file/folder structure/organization. I suspect that this issue is complicated by the recent deprication (ie, end of life) of python 2.7 infavor of python 3 (which is well established). I tried to do a manual install by extracting the files from the .exe using 7zip, but there are a ton of problems (it didn't look like that at first, but once I swapped out each tab for 4 spaces, everything went to crap.
