Hello, following up on this question again. Are there any other suggestions for how to view the components without the resutls summary working?

Hello, I updated that default as suggested, but I still don't get any HTML output saved to my output directory. No browser is opened and I don't get any errors. Is this some issue with MATLAB connecting the browser on my computer? Carissa

Hello, My group ICA has successfully completed and I wanted to generate the HTML results summary output to review components for additional analysis. After clicking the results summary button in the GUI window, the MATLAB terminal window says "Generating summary ... Done" but I don't see the HTML output anywhere. This file is created but nothing else: *tmp_results_struct.mat. Does this suggest there are no results? Carissa

Thank you for taking a look at my parameter file. I was originally running this on MATLAB 2018, but for kicks decided to try the 2015 verison we had available. Interestingly, everything runs no problem until the icatb_postprocess_timecourses.m command in the group stats step. (Though I could run this step in 2018 to finish out the processing stream). I'm not sure if this is something particular to the way MATLAB is setup on our computers, but in case someone else runs into this issue like I did,...

Hi Srinivas, I tried your suggestion and ran the process in ‘serial’ mode. It ran the 2nd PCA step for much longer but still terminated with: Error using icatab_parCalculatePCA>doSum (line 1668) Out of memory. Type “help memory” for your options. Error in —> doSum at 1668 Error in —> mpoiwt_pca2 at 1018 Error in —> icatb_parCalculatePCA at 396 Error in —> icatb_dataReduction at 319 Error in —> icatb_runAnalysis at 423 Any other things I should try?
