But why user1@mydomain.net can receive emails from netdata and not user2@mydomain.net?

Hello, I don't know why but a specific user can't receive emails from netdata.cloud so I can login from that user/mail. Other users can receive email from that domain. This user receives other peoples emails. I don't see anything in the logs. when i do a tail -f /var/log/mail.log and try to send the email from netdata.cloud nothing happen. But when i send to another user everything works like a charm. Any idea? Thank you
