Multivariatetemplateconstruction2.sh does bias field correction unless you switch it off. Maybe this explains the difference in intensities?

Hi, if I call N4BiasFieldCorrection by accident "N4BiasFieldCorrection -i in.nii.gz out.nii.gz" instead of "N4BiasFieldCorrection -i in.nii.gz -o out.nii.gz" the application seg faults. It seems like it is assumed that out.nii.gz is an input file in the first case, but it doesn't exist which leads to problems. Regards, Christina Rossmanith
