Hear, hear. Firefox has abandoned its MAFF format. 7-Zip would be exceedingly useful if there were an option to automatically open the Index.htm file with the default browser. I'm thinking that the 7-Zip program might be designated in the OS as the default application to open MAFF files, and an option could be set in 7-Zip to automatically open the Index.htm file within the MAFF archive.
