Wow, thank you so much! I honesty have no clue how I missed that... Probably just wanting to get it to work with as little hassle as possible so I didn't look too closely, it worked until it didn't. lol I agree that there Might be a better way to handle this but this method I think will work. It also makes it far easier to add another section if I create another array which I plan on doing later.

I have been using a script I found on this forum for awhile now and it works pretty great. It will run a diff first and any deletes over a threshold will trigger an email and haults the script from continuing. I eventually built a second conf as a second array, my first was 2TB drives and when I wanted to move to 4TBs I wanted to just have a "fresh" array for SnapRAID. The issue comes with this script, I attempted to modify it to run through normally twice, works great unless there is an issue. The...

So I know this is starting to age but I needed to get this dealt with and I always prefer doing it in public. So far this script has served me really well and I would like to continue using it, I've currently modified it to run two different arrays, one after another. I have come across quite a serious issue, luckily in my case it caused no harm but I can see it becoming a worse case. I recently deleted a folder that contained 103768, when rxrepl attempting to run on that log for the removed and...

I should note that this has been working amazingly for me. I am curious though how you could add a second run of it for a seperate array/config.

Sounds like your email client is not using a fixed-width font. Both their web client and mobile client has this issue... I figured it was more something on my end but I was unsure if I could force a fix by modifying mailsend preferences. Assuming you mean an error in the batch execution, that could be an issue in very specific cases. If you want to avoid any chance of that, put the stop and start in a separate batch file and call this one in between. That way no matter the outcome the services are...

Super late reply to this, I only just saw it now! That's alright, I've been tinkering with this since! Because of that I have actually made a slight modification and have a related question. I send reports to my gmail account and it seems to mess with the formatting of the report, everything is out of wack. Ever experience this? I've tried different MIME types and have no real luck. The only fix I could find is to change the file saving from .log to .txt and include it in as an attachment, though...
