I have you almost same command except the options -t*. Does this option prevent extracting to /dev/sda3?

hi I am trying unpack ".qcow2" image to a directory. I used below command 7z -y x output.qcow2 -oextracted But looks like 7zip is mounting to /dev/sda3. Is it possible to unpack to a directory instead of mounting to a partition?
