I always submit my exe to symantec for analysis for false positives. There has alwyas been a statement of that fact on the blog ( there is a link on the project main page ) You can always check any file with virus total. In this example : https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/d96bfbfc96bcb5c551c2202b4226356e0ee0890ea3925c8802fb5cfc55787f1a/details Just because it has 1/62 hits for some virus engine that one never heard of does not mean it is malicious.
