Got the same issue. SOLVED : FreePbx Admin Web interface go to Settings => Advanced Settings expand UCP NodeJS Server change the value of NodeJS Bind Address from :: to 127.0.0.1 If you get the same error also on the https port or, in other words, you get Error: listen EAFNOSUPPORT :::8003 from tail -f /var/log/asterisk/ucp_err.log change the value of NodeJS HTTPS Bind Port from :: to 127.0.0.1
