When I select one of the three files it shows, then try to create it, I get a Security Token error: GENERAL ERROR. The three files that i can select from are a photo, printed information, and fingerprint. Not sure where it got any of these, but it sees them all in slot 0 and doesn't show anything for the other slots. I tried it with my master card and a new card, both have the same problem. Thanks,

I got to thinking, what if it's just stuck in a string buffer. So I power cycled (literally unplugged for a few seconds) and then powered back on. Now it works. Still a bug of SOME sort, but not quite as bad.

I'm having the same problem. deleted the Star_Communications trunks and routes, still @Star_Communications is appended.
