Hi, Problem summary When I open CiteSpace, I receive a validation message stating that I already activated the license on 1 computer and therefore cannot activate on more computers, and I can only use the Basic version. However, I am using the same computer. Software version(s) involved I initially installed CiteSpace 7.0.0 (Experimental) for Windows (Built: February 2, 2026) and tested it briefly. I then uninstalled 7.0.0 because I preferred the 6.4 series, and installed CiteSpace 6.4.2 for Windows....
