Finally I tried clonezilla testing 2.5.5-11 and multicast restore works fine. I also tried 2.5.5-19 but It seems that multicast clients cannot load network drivers.

I will let you know the results in a couple of weeks after Christmas

Unfortunatelly, I changed the the mentioned sleep command from 2 seconds to 3 seconds, but it doesn't work. The "Unable to find target partition nvme0n1p1" appears again.

I tried today with the new testing - 20171218-artful/bionic and testing - 2.5.5-10, but the error sometimes appears and sometimes no.
