Okay, I have an AT&T/Yahoo account that will very soon go back to being what it once was i.e., ATT.net. Yahoo is being bought out by Version (so I am told) and all the POP3 and SMTP settings go bact to being AT&T. This new POPtrayU will after a while will reset and indiacte a socket error. This can be a tempermental issue with POPTRAYU. I had been using the old POPTRAY with my WIN 7 64 bit system for a number of years till it decided to actup.
