You find a lot of "xfe" projects on Microsoft GitHub. But all I found are out dated and not active.

Then how can someone join your project? Aren't you interested in contributions via Pull Requests? I can not evaluate your project activity and your work because I can not see your commit history. From a FOSS contributors point of view this makes your project very unattractive because it is not transparent. Best wishes, Christian

Hello Roland, thank you for the reply. It seems this setting appears only in the context menu. Am I right? In this case I would suggest to make this setting avialble in the global settings dialog, too. And also in the View menu of the main menu bar. This is where users usual are searching for this. Where is the source repo?

Your are the upstream maintainer, right? You are the core developer also, right? So how could it be that you do not know? You know the internas and the libraries that your software use to read and show CSV's or table data. Maybe you can do an assumption or do a test.
