Hello. I have the RTL-SDR V3 (dongle) and I am looking to receive stations that broadcast in digital AM in the DRM standard, but I am not getting it. The program I use with my SDR receiver is SDRSharp and everything works normally on my Windows 10. I installed "DReaM_v2.2.1_zefie1.1_xHE-AAC_FDK_Win8.1_x86", everything went normally.
