I just discovered my phone databases was not up to date. When I select Sync on my phone I see the message "Problem downloading Database" flash on the screen. I am using the Android version on a Pixel phone. My database is on a server in a protected folder. The desktop Windows UPM app seems to work fine. Any thoughts? The Android version is 1.20 (25). What is the proper way to update the Master Password? I am using a windows version of UPM and an Android version on my phone. I changed the Master password on my PC version and synced it, then synced the phone but now its back to the old password.

Hi, I've been using UPM for a long time. I have it on my Windows 8.1 desktop computer - ver. 1.13 and on my Samsung Note 5 phone - Ver 1.17. I sync through a database on a server. It has worked for years. I just bought a Google Pixel 2 and downloaded Ver 1.17. When I start UPM and select Retrieve from HTTP Location I received a "Problem Downloading Database" error. Using my username and password with an FTP program I have no problem accessing the location and file. What possibly could be wrong? I...
