I'm trying to get BaseQuantities in the IFC file from a loadable familie with export as parameter IfcWall. Is this possible? We've our window families all created in loadable families. Now we want to add a wall in this family which closes the cavity wall. Because we can't import a native wall family into loadable families we import a shared nested loadable familie which we export as IfcWall (ExportAs parameter). However in IFC these walls don't have BaseQuantities like the general walls ??? We've...

Yes we do. I've changed it to al m and then its ok. But isn't it possible to have the length unit set in mm and the area and volume set to m, and still get a correct IFC export?

I discoverd our IFC files have a separate deviation under the BaseQuantities / GrossVolume parameter: The amount given is 1000x too large. In Solibri the amount Volume under Quantities is correct (for example 32.001m³). The amount GrossVolume under BaseQuantities of the same Space is 32,000.7711m³. So far I can see everything is correct in Revit. I can't figure out what is wrong...!

Is it possible to export just some 'Revit Property Sets' instead of all 'Revit Property Sets' by using the SourceForge IFC Exporter? We would like to export: - Dimensions - Dimensions (Type) - Identity Data - Identity Data (Type) - Construction (Type) The rest of the 'Revit Property Sets' we don't need in IFC (yet). This would hugely improve our IFC. Now we export all 'Revit Property Sets' which results in several unwanted and unused property sets is our IFC.
