The file name is "unicenta.properties", when you are on netbeans just CTRL+F select the project as search scope and search "properties", you will get a lot of results just read which one is for the config file and change the "properties" to something else like "properties2" after you build it, you can use the new jar file and it will run unicenta using totally different configuration. btw im using v4.6.1

I don't think there is a permission for reason tab, only for the page.

I solved this by doing the following: 1- adding comment to be entered with the discount buttons 2- installed widestage https://github.com/widestage/widestage which is reporting dashboard and added query for showing discounted lines with its notes

i think you have to add that in the source code
