Hello, There is currently no version of TeemIP compatible with iTop 3.2 beta. Also some of your extensions may not be compatible yet.
Hello, It seems that this is due to PHP8. We've logged a bug for this. It'll be fixed in the next version which is planned for this summer. Best regards,
Hello, Thanks for you vigilance. I've updated the SSO SAML documentation. We used to indicate the packaging date in the release date in the documentation. Which is missleading. We're now trying to use the real itophub release date. But lots of extensions still have the packaging date. If you are not confident on which version to use for your instance, you can have a look to the question mark, where you'll find the information concerning the compatibility on each version of extension.
Hello, According to our security policy and as mentioned in my previous message the CVEs are published 3 month after the release of the correcting version. The 3.1.1-1 has been released in January so the corresponding CVEs will be published next month. Thanks for your understanding, Ben

Dear Banana, I suggest you to have a look to : https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=3_0_0%3Acustomization%3Aportal_overview And : https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=3_0_0%3Acustomization%3Aportal_xml If you customize bricks/brick/browse_modes/default and set the value to tree you should have the expected result. Hello, I suggest you to add the admin profile to another existing user directly in database: select * from priv_urp_profiles; Will show your profiles select * from priv_user; Will show your users. The table priv_urp_userprofile will make the link between users and profiles. update priv_urp_userprofile set profileid=xxx where userid=xxx; Should do the job. Best regards, Ben
Hello Francesco, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. The error is showing that you've both modules itop-knownerror-mgmt and itop-knownerror-light. This should not happen. If you delete the itop-knownerror-mgmt module from itop/datamodels/2.x are you able to run the setup with the "Additional ITIL tickets" flag checked? This issue will not happen in the 3.0 RC as this module has taken back its historical name. Thanks a lot for your contribution.
