Had the same problem but the above fix did not work. I had in the past installed KeeAutoExec with chocolatey and its names the file keepass-plugin-keeautoexec. Chocolatey version of KeeAutoExec is out of date, but when coping in the new version of the plugin I followed the same naming and change the file name to keepass-plugin-keeautoexec. Changed the file names back to KeeAutoExec and now working again.
