Hi, Davis, Thank you for your response and help. I followed step by step the procedure(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WZp1tugsUc) and cut all steps in the attached word doc file. Please help me to check what happened. I guess maybe something wrong in the installing process and I reinstalled several time, but got the same error message. I also install OpenDss. Hi Davis, I still meet the same problem.
