Hi, I just installed the new version 2.21.0 and there are no problems anymore. Also the "freeze" during sync is much shorter now, I guess 1 second or less. I did not see any references in the changelog regarding my issue, but maybe there was some magic involved :) I will switch on automatic sync again and see if the problems come up again. Hi Gerhard, thanks for you quick reply and your hint regarding sensitive data. Additionally, Outlook freezes a few seconds (5-15 seconds) during synchronization. Does this happen because of my problem or is this another issue? Thanks for your support, best regards, Mathias
