I am having the same issue here. Tired a few different things: Ran both programs in admin mode, made sure OBS was up to date. Even checked to see if obs virtual cam worked with other software (yes, it was working with Discord). Tried dumbing down webcam settings to see if that was the issue, nothing still. OBS Virtual Camera is just not working with FaceTrackNoIR . Same reason too. I want to use OBS Virtual camera to have a zoomed/centered version of my face. attached pic for diag help
