I have installed the Webservice with deployment repository as AWS S3. I want to deploy some rules just by uploading the rule project to S3(Without webstudio). But the newly deployed changes are reflected only after the restart of the server. How can I deploy some changes or new project without restarting the server.

I want to log some information regarding the rule in my openl wenservice project log file. Can some one help to provide some useful information on how to achieve this.
