O-kay, so when I ran the build again today, it just worked. I didn't make any changes. It displayed the test window and everything. Thanks for your help.
I can't get it to build with openjdk 8, 11, 17, or 21. The README mentions 11 - 15 & 19. The build output mentions 8 & 11. It's not clear what is required to build it. This is the output of the build with 21: [bill@smilodon-gracilis jvi-code]$ ./gradlew run FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. * What went wrong: A problem occurred configuring root project 'jvi'. > Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'. > Could not resolve com.raelity.gradle.namedservicesmerge:namedservices-merge:0.5.0....
Convert into simple Swing component
https://github.com/gungwald/beanshell-setup/releases/tag/v1.0.0 See the update on github.com
I'm trying to provide vim commands to a Swing JTextArea or replace the JTextArea with an equivalent component with vim support. I looked for some doc on this but couldn't find it. I have started reading the code, but some direction would be helpful. Is there a particular class my app can interact with to provide vim functionality?
Oh. I see. I didn't realize it was still in progress.
I guess you could close the ticket now.
Thanks! You rock! Now I just have to find out why Fedora is still shipping bwBASIC 3.20.
That looks great! Very cool. Thanks! Initial import of Common Item Dialog implementation. Unfortunately, Microsoft has made it very hard to figure out how to use this method which they say should be used going forward. It requires about 200 lines of code just to display a file selection dialog and I can't figure out what 100 of those lines are.
