Not even greyed. There were no options. Somehow antivirus was blocking some parts of software :/ I'm so happy that it works :D ps. i installed AVG and its not disturbing EQAPO :D

SOLVED! Finally after spending few hours i found a cause. That was norton antivirus, causing EQAPO not working. Steps that made EQAPO works again: Uninstall norton protection. Reboot. Uninstal EQAPO - with all settings. Reboot. Installing EQAPO - now finally i can see troubleshooting and SFX/EFX opptions. I checked only main playback device. Set APO at SFX/EFX. Im so happy becouse i have 5.1 speakers in my room and now i'm still able to copy L/R channels to my RL/RR chanels and i have rich stereo...
