Thanks to Ray for responding. Not much thanks to anyone else who realized that hitting the "cold restart" in "settings" might be the fix but didn't get around to telling me. Honestly, folks - I wouldn't have been offended!
Hi all Getting back to ABCs after a summer break and discovered I can’t use EasyABC any more. Still running Mac 10.13.6 and everything worked fine up to earlier this summer. I had to have the keyboard on my MacBook replaced but can’t imagine how that would affect EasyABC. . .? Now I get nothing but a blank grey box when I open the program - no panes, no menus, nothing. Command-O on an existing file has no effect. Won’t accept a paste from TextEdit or BarFly (all bow heads, please) either. Shut it...
Is there any way of adding a hyperlink to text in easyABC? I'm putting together a tunebook and want to include a "back to index" link at the bottom of each page. (Text will be added using %%footer command .) Prospect of doing this longhand using PDFElement is not pleasant but I realize I might have no alternative! Thanks -
MacBook Air running 10.13.4 but seems to happen on earlier OS's as well.
Does anyone know the purpose of the greyed-out print in the ABC code window? I find it very annoying but before I get too carried away, I thought there might be a purpose to it. If there isn't, is there any way of getting rid of it and having the display become more visible? I'm not a young 20/20 guy anymore and any improvement in visibility is appreciated.
Thanks for this - seems to work fine. One more question: is there any way of making the field ("Notes" and "History") non-printing?
Can anyone suggest a way of getting EasyABC to print the contents of an N: or H:...
