Bug fixed where reports were being deleted and not saved.

I had to disable the Active Directory code as checking for user info was taking a long time. I didn't have this on a separate thread from the UI purposly (access to the user info is required to load settings while building the UI). I removed this Active Directory code and now only windows User login will be used to obtain settings. If this becomes an issue for anyone, please let me know.
