    Not sure if you still need a solution to this... Instead of using the Windows 10 "Apps and Features" to uninstall... browse to the "Control Panel" (press the "Windows" button and type "Control Panel") and open the "Programs and Features". This will allow you to uninstall the OpenTFTPServer program.
