  Thanks for looking into the problem. yes, it does depend on the concentration of Toluene. C6H5CH3 + C2H4 → C6H5CH2CH3 + C3H6 Toluene Ethylene Ethylbenzene Propylene Conversion of Toluene= 95.02%

  I'm B.E. chemical engineering student and working on the Manufacturing of ethylbenzene by improved monsanto process. I'm developing a flowsheet on ethylbenzene. There are 4 reactors, of which two are solved but the other two shows the error - PFR ODE solver failed to find a solution.
