I installed php-zip and i restarted service sudo systemctl restart apache2.service now it installed properly. Its working fine. I would really recommend this can manage DNS and DHCP server role. Its a good option. i wonder why its not added here. i agreed this is management server.

I installed php-zip but still it says zip archive not found. do I need to restart any services after install?

hmm. no php-zip i didnt install. As you told it never mentioned in the prerequisites at the beginning of the setup.

Thank you very much. now I created the username and password as you instructed steps are: CREATE USER 'teemipuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password123'; GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'teemipuser'@'localhost'; GRANT FILE ON . TO 'teemipuser'@'localhost'; FLUSH PRIVILEGES; sudo service mysql restart

if so do we need to create database also at that time?

the username I mentioned is the OS username. I clearly dont understand that part you mentions. is that user account of Ubuntu OS or user we create in MySQL?

So you mean only create username and password without creating a DB? this is what confusing as mentioned as create new DB field
