In April , change log says "no restrictions as before - up to MacOS 12." I want to install Windows, legacy, MBR from Seqouia. Sequoia is newer than MacOS 12. Will this be a problem? The video tutorial seems to show it working with Sequoia.
First, I find Rescuezilla absolutely elegant. Clonezilla is great, but Rescuezilla is a step up. I have a question about a potential use, though. I have a 2012 Mac with Windows 10 installed using Boot Camp Assistant. Because of the age of the Mac, it's not a true UEFI installation, but a legacy installation using hybridized MBR on a GPT disk. Thanks for the info about a Printers folder existing in the home folder of each user. I had not been aware of that. I should stress that this "Gutenprint printer" has already been deleted many, many times from System Preferences. But it keeps returning. Nevertheless I appreciate this info, because when a clean install of MacOS Catalina was performed, the only thing that was migrated back into the system was the 2 users' home folders. I am having a problem in MacOS Big Sur with a "mystery" Gutenprint printer that keeps reappearing. It's a USB printer, Brother HL-2040. Last summer, I found some information indicating that the Gutenprint driver for another Brother printer could be used for an HL-2040. It didn't work, so I uninstalled Gutenprint.
