yes, might be! But fact is, before 2.57.1 it did not match! So behaviour changed for me in 2.57.1! Did you test yourself? Update: please close bug report - behaviour was already present before 2.57.1! I simply wasn't aware of this functionality! Thanks for help!

yes, I do have. But as I stated, the Advanced-Option"An entry matches if an URL is contained in the target window title" is not (!!not!!) active!

When I delete the URL in the entry, the entry is not offered anymore at auto-type. This is a very strong indication for me, the url is checked!

Hi, how can I use references within an autotype string? or, alternatively, how can I use a reference in the value of a custom field. Someting like: custom field: xxx value: {REF:P@I:46C9B1FFBD4ABC4BBB260C6190BAD20C} Then I could use the custom field in autotype {S:xxx} Is either possible?

mmh - it is always the same - missed to read something important on the docu! Is there any way to configure the sync in some more detail? From other tools (no password managers) I know configuration items like a) only oneway (like a backup), b) ask for action if entries cause a problem, c) keep newer or keep older or if both have changed the same entry they get copied with date/time .... I know, in a business environment, where several users sync with a remote file, this might become tricky if such...

It is more or less a backup of my active vault on some other location. The second file is on onedrive. I assume, that the master password is required. O.K. this now seems to work when I add the file format. Is there a way to avoid the dialog for the master-password and add the password via some parameter? By the way: insted to export I tried to synchronize files. But this took very very long each time when saving. If I use the KeePassMasterSlaveSync via file/synchronize .... it only takes seconds to sync!

I have setup a trigger when a DB is saved to export the active DB to some file. The file does not exist. After saving the defined DB the file still does not exist. So my assumption is, that the export does not work. Any hint how I can check why the trigger does not work?

I took only the plgx-file, not the dll - or do I have to? And if, where to place it! Only with the plgx it does not work!

Let me answer it this way: 1) I would like the functionality as before! 2) You might sometimes edit an entry in keepass not related to the active Tab in the browser, but on some other. If all URLs of all Tabs of the browser are offered, I could then easily select. But, as stated, I would need the functionality as it was before the bug back working!

Update: Interesting! I also have the Bookmar sidebar open and after closing it the dropdown is filled with the URLs of the active Tab in Firefox. Not all URLs from all Tabs. This is probably worth a ticket!

Since you can have several autotype entries in one password entry, to create one based on URL I naturally have to activate this. Some days ago, I received an update on Firefox (Windows). After that, I experienced my entries on KeePass with the use of WebAuto AutoType don't work anymore. When I add or update an entry and want to select the URL via the drop down field, nothing is shown there to select. Probably something has changed in the API for FireFox!? Any similar experiences?

Hi, I have 2 instances of keepass on the same computer with different files opened. Is there a way to copy or move entries from one file to the other with Drag & Drop? E.G. with right click and hold, move and when dropped get a question if copy or move?

Hi, it's about >15 years ago, I used another password manager before changing to KeePass. I remember one function and wonder if this would be possible to do in a similar way with KeePass as well. If I remember correctly, the other Password Manager was able to fill in any webform on what webpage ever with some data stored in an specific entry of the Password Manager. Example: You may have on various webpages always the same data, e.g. your address information + additional fiels e.g. date of birth...
