Now you say that I realise that I had to have already upgraded to 2.x ... for that very feature ... yet when I went to check updates I could have sworn it said v1.x ... but I think I see my error Carbon Interface Failure 101 ... Help About: KeePass vers 2.xx (whatever it was before ... NOW 2.41) XSL Stylesheets Installed KeePassLibC 1.37 Oh what a klutz! Anyhow - upgraded to the latest, still had the .NET problem, loaded the PlugIn (which now worked!) and BINGO ... FTP Sync all working...

For some reason I have started having this same problem with all my windows instances (7 x64 & 8.1) of KeePass, since recent Windows updates. It occurs when I try and sync with the database on my hosted FTP server. My problem is that I cannot try the IOProtocolExt plugin because I use version 1.x of KeePass and the plugin demands version 2.x (2.40 or greater). What are my options here other than upgrading all my instances to ver 2.x and importing from the 1.x databases?
