I am new to Docfetcher which is a great program. I am able to index my PST files and search for emails. I can see the preview of the email, but when I try and open it via Outlook, nothing happens. If I right click on the email, the 'open' command is greyed out. I have renamed the docfetcher-daemon-windows.exe file and rebooted as instructed in the tips and tricks, but it still makes no difference. Any suggestions? I am sure this can't be a new issue.
