Max sensitivity possible rx freq to set depends on QTH noise level and structure. Everyone should select suitable sensitivity. Here in my QTH with relative low QRM level for city I can use medium ( not high).

Patches seems not affect currently supported platforms, I believe they will be in 160 relase of JTDX In my mind is better to get OMP for BSD https://openbsdmailbox.blogspot.com/2019/06/patch-to-support-openmp-in-gcc.html for example.
