Thank you for your quick reply. This was actually my plan B too, I wil create a company specific parameter for our project number and use the Project Number-parameter for our project name, At least now I know that's the best way to do it. Thanks a lot. .

Hello, when I export my Revit project to IFC some project information is mapped a bit strange: - Revit: Project Name --> IFC: LongName - Revit: Project Number --> IFC: Name I understand this is because IFC doesn't have a number property for Project, Site, Building and Space and therefore uses IfcName for Project Number and IfcLongName for Project Name. This isnt't a big problem, but it creates some confusion when combining several IFC-files from different suppliers (and different basically meaningless...
