    This may require additional data requiring vendor disclosure. As creator/programmer/maintainer/developer of 7-Zip, is there a current relationship with both vendors in order to obtain? I am willing to support and research as required, but at this point it appears vendor contact and a request for data/disclosure appears necessary in order to resolve. Do you concur?

    VeraCrypt Format.exe (VeraCrypt Volume Creation Wizard) command line creation of a volume supports the standard volume type of "normal". There apears no option (as of v1.21) to pass an equivalent --volume-type=hidden function through command line to this executable.
