Howdy! I was testing the 3.0.2 before going to production and I found a strange behavior for test notification: if I set the following notification: in "Being tested", the notification does not start: But if I set it in production, everything works propertly. I have this behavior only, as far as I know, I'm still testing everything, for this notification. Glad to be helpful :D We're all on the same boat ;) I'm having some problems with the notification to the customer (some "Errors: Some recipients were invalid." when email sent to the user), but probably due to our installation.

BTW, when you create the token, be sure to use the credentials of the mail you're using and not of a global admin. As far as it worked on our installation, the token is created ONLY for the account you are using to authorize the operation

Hi Vincent, it's ok for me that the 2nd level support sees all the tickets (I have used the Allowed Organizations on their users so that they can see only the tickets of the orgs that are using). The problem is that doing so, if a service is "provided" by an organization that is not allowed for them, they cannot see it. Looking in the release notes of the 3.0.1 does not seems to be a fix for this "error", so I'm not sure why. Hello Pierre, sorry for the misunderstood use of the ticket, but this seems to be (on my infrastructure) a confirmed bug. So, on the online demo seems to be working because the trigger references to the User Request class; in my installation I reference the Ticket class and (for the moment) everything still works (at this point I'm not sure why, since the public logs are specific of the User Request class).... ... the counter of the tickets reach 1 milion? I see that the tickets ID are composed by the type (R for user Request, C for Changes, etc..) followed by a fixed 6 digit number (e.g. R-000300). What would happens if an installation reaches the milion ticket? BR, Giorgio

Hi there! Today I had some problems with the ticketing caused.... by myself (I accidentally deleted the content of the ticket table), so I thought: ok, I load up the backup, dump & restore of the missing datas and voila'. The only problem is that in the meantime a user tried to open a ticket and obviously the frontend gave error, but from that moment the nightmare: after the restore of the table, every ticket still was going in error, but the ticket counter was still raising, like that the last ticket...

Greetings, we are a bunch of happy users of iTOP, but we are facing a problem: from October 2022, Microsoft is going to disable IMAP Auth, allowing only IMAP OAuth2 to be used to connect to a mailbox(1); actually is the same for SMTP either, but there are some ways to avoid that problem. Is there any plan to implent OAuth in the near future?
