Hi, I have a few of questions relating to sound quality with acoustic string instruments. We are using a jamulus server on Amazon lightsail and getting very mixed quality with it. Some users have very fast broadband but receive and transmit very poor quality sound. Latency does not seem to be the problem. I have been unable to get the UCA222 to work - I tried the drivers at https://www.123dj.com/audio/mp3s/uca222.html - Still no luck - Now I can't use the interface at all because the port was blocked by drivers at 123dj.com!! I uninstalled those drivers but the usb ports are still blocked - any ideas on how to unblock the ports so I can keep trying to get the interface to work? --next day --> problem solved with device manager

thanks , Can anything be done so that it will only receive internet data from the jamulus program? I'm a newbie to this so maybe this is a stupd question - but are there any settings in the Program and Services tab of the firewall rule that will improve the security?

Are there security issues with the open port required for a private server on a Windows 10 PC with Windows Defender Firewall. Can anyone suggest settings that can make it as secure as possible?
